Weathered Souls Brewing Company is Celebrating First Anniversary

Saturday, November 18 at 2 p.m.

SAN ANTONIO – Weathered Souls Brewing Company is brewing up a one-year anniversary party you won’t want to miss.

Owners Mike Holt and Marcus Baskerville are celebrating the first anniversary of the brewery this Saturday, November 18, with select premium brews, live music, and tasty food.

“We are going to have about five barreled-aged beers, a few different sours and multiple I.P.A.s,” said Baskerville.

The local brewery’s beer can now be found all around San Antonio, but getting there has been difficult.

“We’re not out of the woods. We are a young business and we are working every day to improve our product and our situation. Everyone is giving it 100 percent and I’m really proud of them,” said Holt.

But now, their beer has become locally famous.

One of the newest features of Weathered Souls is the craft kitchen.

The brewery has recently incorporated a beer-inspired food program including beer cheese nachos, flatbread pizzas, and ciabatta bread sandwiches.

After all the tasty food and delicious beer, you might need a pick me up and Uniko Coffee has you covered.

The coffee company opened up shop in a shared space with Weathered Souls so they too will be celebrating their first anniversary this Saturday.

“We are going to have our system there where you can have the nitro or the cold brew,” said Uniko Coffee Head Roaster and Curator Susan Jaime.

Bring your friends and get ready to throw back a few cold ones, eat delicious food, and get hopped up on freshly brewed coffee in honor of Weathered Souls first anniversary.
