SAN ANTONIO –

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra is coming back to San Antonio on December 23 at the AT&T Center!

Trans-Siberian Orchestra has been a legend in the music industry as a rock band for 24 years.

They tour the world playing some of their Christmas classics including: Wizards in Wonderland, Christmas Canon, Christmas Eve, A Mad Russian's Christmas just to name a few.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra not only keeps touring for their fans, but they continue to use their success to give back to the community.

For every city TSO visits, they give back a percentage of their ticket sales to a local organization in the community.

This is the second year Trans-Siberian Orchestra will support The Academy at Morgan's Wonderland.

$1 of every ticket sold for the San Antonio tour will be donated to the Academy. 

"We serve students from 12 to 24 years-old, said Susan Bineham, Head of School. "Our primary goal is functional academics, and vocational skills. We want them to get jobs, and be a productive member in the community." 

The Academy at Morgan's Wonderland is to provide students with special needs a unique learning environment so they will reach their maximum individual potential.

Student Council President, Patrick said that he loves to learn about technology and coding in his classes. 

Teachers are very nice. Some students have their own custom curriculum. It's a wonderful place. - Patrick, student 

"The donations from Trans-Siberian Orchestra has helped support our fine arts program, and even allowed us to expand," Bineham said. 

Thanks to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, The Academy now has a percussion, and sign language class this year.

The Academy has greatly benefited from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's donations

On Fridays at The Academy, they have a Fine Arts program where they teach students now from the donations from Trans-Siberian. 

The classes include: 

• Yoga
• Choir
• Percussion
• Dance
• Drama
• Sign Language
• Art
