Get a taste of Native American cuisine with this poached striped bass recipe

Recipe will be featured at the 3rd annual Cactus Blossom Mission Heritage Dinner

SAN ANTONIO – The Cactus Blossom dinner, coming up on Saturday, May 19, is part of an effort to "Make the Invisible, Visible." 

Hosted by American Indians in Texas, the dinner will feature several indigenous recipes, like the poached striped bass, made in the video above. 

The Cactus Blossom Mission Heritage Dinner will take place from 6-9 p.m. at Progreso Hall, 1306 Guadalupe St.
