SAN ANTONIO – Rural living doesn’t have to mean giving up amenities or convenience.
The Ladera community opens this weekend, and offers a lot of open space, beautiful homes, and incredible amenities within the city limits of San Antonio.
This 1,100-acre, master plan community is the first of its kind on the west side of San Antonio.
Located off Highway 211 and Highway 90, the Ladera community is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but is still within San Antonio city limits.
Though the Ladera community focuses on a rural feel with wide open spaces, the area around the community has many modern amenities.
For those who love to golf, there are two golf courses located very close to the community. Businesses such as Citi Bank and Microsoft are opening around the area.
Within the community, you can find pools, playgrounds, and other outdoor activities.
This weekend, Ladera communities is hosting a grand opening where you can tour all four types of model homes.
There will be live, country music, free food, a trick roper, face painting, and a giveaway for a $1,000 pair of Lucchese boots!
The grand opening is taking place April 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th from 11 AM – 5 PM.
