Gilbert de la Paz of Pico de Gallo is featuring a new "Bringing Back the Classics" special menu starting on Monday which features favorites that have been retired from previous menus.
Gilbert cooks up Pork Chop a la Mexicana along with the Gallo burger and Super Nachos.
