SAN ANTONIOTailgating, Tacos, and Beer - Oh My!

AL PASTOR TACOS

To make Pico de Gallo's delcious Al Pastor Tacos at home you will first make the delicious marinade. For the marinade you will need achiote paste, chipotle with adobo sauce, garlic, Mexican oregano, cumin, salt, and fresh fresh pineapple juice. After you combine the ingredients, blend it all up and then soak the marinade in thinly sliced pork shoulder. You can leave it over night and then cook it the next day for a fresh taste. Once your pork shoulder is properly prepared, chop up the pork shoulder, slap it all on small corn tortillas and add any other extras you would like including lime, cilantro, and onions.
