SAN ANTONIO - The Smoke Shack now has a smokin' new meat market!
Start off by either chopping, grinding, or slicing beef tenderloin.
Add a pinch of garlic salt and a spoonful of fresh pepper
Add approximately two teaspoons of onions and two teaspoons of a jalapeno/sirano blend (add a little bit of habanero for a kick)
Top it off with four tablespoons of chopped cheese.
Sprinkle on some lime juice and you have a delicious Texas tartare!

A San Antonio hotspot, The Smoke Shack, has recently opened a market right next door to their location on Broadway. The market promotes using local farmers and ranchers which makes their products very fresh and delicious.
