100% of IDEA Public Schools students are college-bound

Focus at IDEA is preparing students for college, life

SAN ANTONIO – How early should you prepare your kids for college?

At IDEA Public Schools, the road for college success starts in middle school.

IDEA Public Schools is the fastest-growing network of tuition-free, pre-K through 12th-grade public charter schools in the United States and currently has 22 schools in San Antonio open to all students.

"We have a mission to get kids to and through college," said Hailey McCarthy, executive principal at IDEA South Flores. "In high school we expect seniors to have taken 11 AP credits."

The focus at IDEA is preparing students for college and life.

For the past 13 years, 100% of IDEA Public Schools students achieved college acceptance.
