Recipe:
- 3 medium avocados, skin and seed removed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 3 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (equivalent to 1 medium pomegranate)
Steps:
1) Place avocados in medium bowl and mash with fork. Stir in lime juice, cilantro, salt and jalapenos.
2) Stir in pomegranate seeds.
3) Serve with baked tortilla chips.
