SAN ANTONIO – The Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s 2017 Spring Tour of Homes is happening this Saturday and Sunday.
The tour features 86 homes in 17 communities in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
This week, SA Live is highlighting the Cresta Bella community, located in the fast-growing north-central corridor of San Antonio.
“It’s a luxury custom home community (featuring a) Hill Country contemporary style," Will Tucker, president of Partners in Build Division, said. “We specialize in one-of-a-kind, design-build, luxury, custom homes,” said Tucker.
John Palosi, owner of Omni Custom Homes, said the community is designed to feel like Hill Country living with all the amenities of the city.
“There’s a lot of people that like the feel of the Hill Country, want to be out in Boerne, but they don’t want the commute,” he says. “This is that solution.”
