New in 2012, the two-day Health & Fitness Expo will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The previous four years the expo had taken place at the Alamodome.
The free Health & Fitness Expo is open to the public on Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will showcase the latest in running and fitness apparel, nutrition and information. All registered runners pick up their race numbers at the Expo.
The 2012 event features a new 3-mile "Mini Marathon" with all the excitement and fanfare of race day, with the same start line downtown and separate finish line in front of the historic Alamo.
Over the five-year history of the event, more than $5.7 million has been raised for charity.
Race weekend registration is available at the Health & Fitness Expo. For more information, please visit RunRocknRoll.com.
