Friday action kicks off for Week 2 of high school football

Week 2 of the high school football season got underway on Thursday night and there is a full slate of games scheduled for Friday.
The Brennan Bears defeated Smithson Valley 41-10 at Farris Stadium and Boerne Champion defeated Stevens 48-24 in Thursday night action.
Big games on Friday night include Alamo Heights vs. O'Connor, Brandeis vs. Judson and Wagner vs. Churchill
The excitement continues Saturday with Clemens vs. MacArthur and Clark vs. Roosevelt.
