Spurs without 3 starters Saturday in Dallas

Duncan, Ginobili listed out due to rest

SAN ANTONIO – Fresh off their second-straight triple overtime loss, the San Antonio Spurs will be without five players Saturday night in Dallas, including three starters. 

Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili are listed out for the game against the Mavericks due to rest. 

The Spurs played the Portland Trail Blazers Friday night in San Antonio, losing 129-119 in triple overtime.

Duncan played just over 43 minutes in the loss, scoring 32 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Damian Lillard led the way for the Trail Blazers with 43 points in 52 minutes. 

Before that, the Spurs fell at home to the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night 117-116, also in triple overtime.

Kawhi Leonard will also miss Saturday's game with a bruised right hand. He has missed the last two games with the injury.

Starting point guard Tony Parker remains out Saturday night with a mild strain of his left hamstring.

Rounding out the laundry list of players is Patty Mills, who is continuing his recovery from right shoulder surgery.

The Spurs tip-off in Dallas at 7:30 p.m.
