1 p.m UPDATE: LaMarcus Aldridge's meeting with the Lakers apparently did not go as well as initially reported. He is still scheduled to meet with the Suns today after he's done with the Spurs. But it would be hard to turn down playing in a starting lineup that also has Duncan, Leonard, Green and Parker. It would arguably be the best starting lineup in the league. Stay tuned.

12:30 AM UPDATE: The Spurs wasted no time agreeing in principal to a max deal with restricted free-agent Kawhi Leonard.
The deal, reported by Yahoo! Sports, will be for 5-years and $90 million plus when it is officially signed by Leonard and his representatives.
Yahoo! Sports reports the final details of the contract still need to be worked out over the next few days, but Leonard issued a statement that read in part: "I have every intention of signing with the San Antonio Spurs."
