Charles Barkey was back to his old antics during Thursday night’s TNT broadcast of the Spurs and Cavaliers.

During the pregame show, Barkley praised Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard by saying he would "take Kawhi Leonard over any basketball player in the world right now."

Leonard partly vindicated Barkley’s statement with a solid effort, scoring 20 points, grabbing 10 rebounds with five assists during the Spurs 99-95 win over Cleveland.

Leonard also held LeBron James to 22 points and had the play of the game when he soared over the rim to dunk a missed 3-point shot.

Despite the early adulation, Barkley was back to form when the topic of San Antonio came up during the post game show.

Barkley took another dig at the Alamo City when he said “the churros are going to be flowing tonight down in San Antonio.”

Barkley wasn’t done for the night as he also threw a quick barb at ABC’s “The Bachelor” by saying the Lakers had as much of a chance to beat Golden State as the “black girl has a chance to be picked by the bachelor. No chance.”

It appears Chuck will continue to be media personality San Antonio fans love to hate the most as the Spurs make their run for a sixth championship.
