Leonard has been out with an ankle injury he suffered in the third quarter of Game 1 of the series.

The short-handed Spurs are down 0-3 in the series with Game 4 set for tip off at the ATT Center on Monday.

ESPN reports that David Lee will also likely miss Game 4 after suffering a partially torn patellar tendon.

Lee suffered the injury in the first quarter of the Spurs’ Game 3 loss on Saturday to the Warriors.

Lee made a shot and was fouled but was unable to return and shoot the free throw.

ESPN cameras showed Lee being taken in wheelchair to the locker room.

Lee’s injury is the third significant injury to hit the Spurs during the playoffs following Leonard's injury and Tony Parker's injury.

Parker was ruled out of the playoffs after Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
