SA trainer using boxing to strike out Parkinson's

SAN ANTONIO – Boxing requires a lot of knowledge, from research on opponents and learning to land hits, to avoid getting hit and being taken down by power punches.

It's also being used to help Parkinson’s patients get more movement in their everyday lives.

Sports producer Jett Beachum got a look at how a trainer on the northeast side is using boxing to battle back Parkinson’s disease.
