SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs fell 4-1 on the season in Orlando on Friday with a 114-87 loss.
The Spurs allowed 32 points in the first quarter, setting the pace for the remainder of the game.
The Spurs went into halftime down by 27 points, but put forward a 30-point effort in the third quarter. The effort down the stretch was no match for Orlando.
Despite the loss, Spurs power forward LaMarcus Aldridge put up a double-double with 24 points, and 11 rebounds.
Orlando was led by Magic shooting guard Evan Fournier's 25-point performance.
Spurs will take on the Pacers in Indiana on Sunday.
