Alana Wimberley broke the inning open with a bases loaded single that brought home a pair of runs to give Greater Helotes all the cushion they would need for pitcher Annika Litterio.

Litterio pitched a complete game and the Greater Helotes defense allowed only one run in the fifth inning.

Litterio won five games during the tournament as Greater Helotes brought home the 2016 title.

The team is coached by Mario Sanchez, Francisco Ball and Mathew Norman.
