SAN ANTONIO - It is no secret San Antonio Spurs star guard Manu Ginobili is one of the most decorated players ever to wear a silver and black uniform and Gatorade Argentina is hoping to highlight his success by featuring him in a new commercial.
The commercial, titled “Un Poco Mas" -- in translation, “A Little More” -- follows Ginobili working out alone at the Spurs practice facility.
During rest breaks, the four-time NBA champion Ginobili pushes himself by saying “un poco mas” and continues to work out.
Shortly after the Spurs were swept by the Golden State Warriors in the 2017 Western Conference Finals, many speculated Ginobili might call it quits and retire.
The Gatorade commercial ends with Ginobili walking to the bench during Game 4 of WCF in what would have been his last game, but viewers will hear the 40-year-old saying, “Un poco mas.”

In a tweet posted to Gatorade Argentina's official Twitter page, the sports drink company said in translation, "The effort and the sacrifice are the key to give #UnPocoMás."
Months before the start of the 2017-18 season, Ginobili resigned for his 16th season with the Spurs on a two-year, $5 million deal playing at least for another a year.
