SAN ANTONIO - For one college student, Graduation Day could not have been a more perfect setting to wear his Manu Ginobili jersey under his gown and shout “GINOBILIIII” as he walked across the stage with his diploma in hand.

According to the college grad’s Instagram page, where the original video was posted, Bautista Espinoza graduated Friday afternoon from California State University Long Beach.
In the Instagram post, Espinoza said: “There were good times, bad times, late nights, early mornings, but 4 years later I got it done. I’m out this BEACH. #ginobili #onemoremanu #squad"
“One more year Manu” has been the theme for many Spurs, and NBA fans alike after the San Antonio Spurs were swept by the Golden State Warriors in this year’s Western Conference finals.
Ginobili, who signed a one-year deal worth $14 million with the Spurs in the last offseason, said he feels like he can still play but will spend time with his family for 3 to 4 weeks before making a decision on retirement.
Espinoza shared another post Monday: “Gotta pay my respect where respect is due. One of, if not the greatest argentine athletes may have played his last game. Thank for the memories, the eurosteps, and the effort. Gracias manu!! #onemoremanu #generaciondorada #unomasynojodemosmas #manuginobili”
The viral video has since been shared on the Spurs twitter page, NBA’s official store and national media outlets.
KSAT.com contacted Espinoza about his inspiration to shout out "Ginobili," but has not received a response.
