CASTLE HILLS, Texas – Castle Hills police are investigating why a motorcyclist crashed overnight.
The accident was reported just before midnight on westbound Loop 410 near Northwest Military Drive on the city's North Side.
Police said the rider lost control of his bike and fell over. The bike went about 60 feet before it finally stopped.
The man was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.
Police said the man was not wearing a helmet.
