SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a hit and run driver that sent a man to the hospital overnight.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Potosi Street and 21st Street, not far from Tampico Street and Rhodes Middle School, found on the city's West Side.
Police said the man told them the car ran over his body. He said he had tire tracks on his torso.
The man was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center for his injuries.
The victim however could not describe the car that hit him, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
