SAN ANTONIO – A collision on the Northwest Side left a family of three with head injuries Saturday.
San Antonio police said the crash occurred at the intersection of La Manda Boulevard and Brad Avenue on the North Side around 6 p.m.

The driver of a car was speeding and ran a stop sign when he hit a truck, police said.
The three people – two teenagers and their mother – were injured.
All three were taken to the hospital with head injuries. Their condition was not released.
Police did not say if the driver of the other car was injured or if he or she is facing any charges.
