SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man killed Wednesday in vehicle accident on the city's Northwest Side.
Adam Wagoner, 31, died as a result of crash that happened near Interstate 10 and Wurzbach Road.
Police said the driver of an 18-wheeler was making a right-hand turn when Wagoner, who was riding on a motorcycle, tried to pass the big rig and crashed into the back of the cab.
Police said Wagoner died at the scene.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
