SAN ANTONIO – It has seven months after officials originally hoped to have it open, but the Texas Department of Transportation announced Tuesday that the northbound Loop 410 exit to Culebra Road will be reopened Wednesday morning.
The new ramp will run under the future northbound entrance from Military Drive, which is scheduled to open toward the beginning of next year.

If you're curious about the Loop 410 and Highway 151 project, TxDOT said the turnarounds at Ingram Road and elsewhere should be opened by the first part of next year.
Officials also said the entire work of the main lanes of Highway 151 is almost complete.
