Man taken to hospital with dislocated shoulder

SAN ANTONIO – A man was hit by a taxi overnight, San Antonio police said Tuesday.

The accident occurred around 2:10 a.m. in the 200 block of Alamo Plaza near East Crockett Street. 

Police said the man was running to his car but did not see a taxi approaching due to the wet weather.

The man was taken to a downtown hospital with a dislocated shoulder.

The taxi driver was not ticketed and will not be facing any charges.
