SAN ANTONIO – Two people were critically injured Saturday night when the motorcycle they were riding hit a cow on Loop 410 near W.W. White
San Antonio police said the driver of the motorcycle was traveling on the highway when he saw the cow in the middle of the road.
The cow did not move, and the motorcyclist was not able to avoid hitting the animal.
Both the driver and his passenger were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
The cow died at the scene. Police have not determined where the cow came from.
