SAN ANTONIO – A woman is dead after a head-on crash in southeast Bexar County.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Somerset Road near Old Somerset Road, found near Von Ormy.
The woman died immediately. The man in the other car was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
It's unclear what may have lead to the crash.
The name of the woman killed has not been released.
