Reagan basketball standout Sammie Wagner gave her verbal commitment to the Texas Longhorns Thursday. She made the announcement on Twitter. The five-star recruit is the No. 17 overall prospect in the country and the top Texan for the 2023 class, per ESPN HoopGurlz.
