A source close to the investigation of Rep. Henry Cuellar, who had FBI agents at his Laredo home on Wednesday, said the Department of Justice's Public Integrity Section is also investigating the congressman. The Public Integrity Unit handles cases involving elected officials, including campaign finances. A court signed off on the FBI entering Cuellar's home this week. It's unclear what the agents were looking for at the home. Cuellar's office said it is committed to fully cooperating with the investigation. The FBI and DOJ investigations are taking place ahead of the March primary election.
