SAPD actively investigating indecent exposure case weeks after report

San Antonio PD is shifting efforts on a case of indecent exposure. On Friday, a homeowner shared a video of a man at her front door touching himself inappropriately. Despite capturing it on camera several weeks ago, police at the time said they were not looking into the incident. Days after the KSAT story, police have now confirmed that the case is an active investigation. The woman who caught the incident on camera says a detective told her the original incident report was not brought to his desk until recently.
