James Cotter, business associate of Brad Simpson, posts bond in 2 charges, court records show

James Cotter, the longtime business partner of Brad Simpson, whose been charged with murder of his wife Suzanne Clark Simpson, has posted bond. Cotter, 65, made bond for his two felony charges related to her disappearance on Friday, a day after his bonds were significantly reduced by a judge. As of noon Friday, he has not been released from the Bexar County Jail.
