Suspect in weekend murder has long criminal history, including previous murder charge

Franco Summers, 32, is accused of killing his girlfriend's father, 43-year-old Christopher Fuentes. However, this isn't Summers' first murder arrest. Another case against him in 2013 was dismissed.
