Man found not guilty of aggravated assault in case related to 2022 murder

The trial of a man charged in connection with a 2022 murder on the West Side began Wednesday, but it was not for the murder charge. The trial was for the second charge he faced related to this case — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
