Mystic Alerts Act heads to Trump’s desk; would expand emergency warnings through satellites

A bipartisan bill aimed at preventing another emergency alert failure after the deadly Camp Mystic tragedy is headed to President Donald Trump’s desk, after the Senate unanimously passed the Mystic Alerts Act.
