CDK Tae Kwon-Do goes virtual! Mike and Fiona try out some basic moves following Master Cantu's instruction. Fiona Gorostiza is a third degree black belt in the martial art and helps Mike Osterhage with board breaking. CDK Tae Kwon-Do is currently offering a Summer Camp with social distant lessons or online.
