UTSA Baseball hits three home runs in 11-6 victory over Rice, clinches fifth series sweep of season

Leyton Barry hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 6th to cap a 6-run frame, one of three homers on the day for UTSA Baseball as the Roadrunners defeated Rice 11-6 on Sunday afternoon and clinched their fifth series sweep of the 2023 season. The Roadrunners are now 36-12 overall, 19-4 in Conference USA play, and will host Dallas Baptist in a three-game series starting Friday at 6 p.m. at the Bird Bath.
