EL PASO, Texas – A vigil was held Monday for one of the youngest victims of the mass shooting at an El Paso Walmart in which 22 people were killed and more than two dozen others were injured.
KSAT's Garrett Brnger was there as family and friends honored Javier Amir Rodriguez at the high school he attended.
