SAN ANTONIO – Shower activity has made for a messy commute this morning, KSAT 12 meteorologist Justin Horne said.

Widespread rainfall will continue through the day on Friday with a few pockets of heavier rain. Temperatures are forecast to slowly fall into the low 50s and upper 40s by this evening.

As an upper level system moves through overnight, a line of showers and storms will likely produce some heavy rainfall, Horne said.

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from noon today through Saturday morning. The rain will end by early Saturday morning. However, the first half of the weekend will by mostly cloudy, cool, and breezy. Expect sunnier conditions on Sunday.

Friday's Pollen Count:

Molds 1,130, Heavy
