Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass are hit by large, deadly tornadoes

It was on this day in 2007, that two large tornadoes struck Piedgras Negras and Eagle Pass. The storm that produced the tornadoes started in Mexico and crossed the border during the evening hours. A school and numerous homes were destroyed in Eagle Pass. Sadly, 10 people would die as a result of the storm.
