Goodbye snow, hello sunshine: Cold, sunny through weekend

'No big movers and shakers' in 7-day forecast, Kaiti says

SAN ANTONIO – After a very cold start Friday morning (and our first freeze in San Antonio), the sun is back to melt all the snow we got on Thursday night.

Unfortunately, we don't have any more snow on the way. We're stuck with ole' Mr. Sun alllllll weekend long.

We'll see sunny skies for the rest of the day, with a few high clouds mixed in by the afternoon. It will be a little warmer Friday afternoon, with highs in the low 50s.

Cold and sunny weekend

The weekend will begin on a cold note Saturday morning, with low temperatures in the low- to mid-30s. A freeze should be expected in the Hill Country.

By Saturday afternoon, temperatures will climb to the mid 60s, under sunny skies.

There are no big movers and shakers in your forecast for the next seven days.

A weak front on Tuesday will just help to keep humidity low and afternoon temperatures in the 60s.
