Chances for rain tonight and through the day on Saturday

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 7pm

SAN ANTONIO – Are you hoping for a break from the rain?  It won't happen today or tomorrow, but Sunday holds a glimmer of hope!

Meantime, light showers will persist this evening and tonight and the Flash Flood Watch has been extended until 7pm.  Chances of rain continue through the day tomorrow, as a weak frontal boundary sinks into the area.  A thunderstorms or two, during the day on Saturday, cannot be ruled out.  Slightly drier air arrives on Sunday, providing a slight break in the action.  However,  next week, heavy rain will be possible, especially on Monday and Wednesday.
