UPDATE: The National Weather Service says that the Tornado Warnings for both central Kerr County and Uvalde County have expired.
The NWS says moderate to heavy rain will continue across the area. Flood advisories are in effect for portions of Uvalde, Real, Bandera, and Kerr Counties.

Storms continue to develop into a line from Del Rio to Rocksprings, KSAT 12 meteorologist Justin Horne said. This line is forecast to move east through the day, potentially affecting the San Antonio area by midday and the afternoon.
In the meantime, look for passing showers and a few thunderstorms in advance of that line. A few of the storms could be strong to severe, Horne said.
Gusty winds and some hail would be the main threats. Also, a flood threat remains, especially for areas west of San Antonio. Once the line of storms passes by, drier air will funnel in tonight and into tomorrow. Expect high temperatures in the mid-80s today and tomorrow, Horne said.

UPDATE: The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for western Bandera County until 8:30 a.m.
The storm is moving northeast at 25 mph and was located near Vanderpool. The storm is capable of producing 60 mph wind gusts, along with quarter size hail.
Previously, a Tornado Warning had been issued for Kinney County until 5 a.m. That warning has since been allowed to expire.

The National Weather Service said hail damage to vehicles is expected along with considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to roofs, sidings and trees. The NWS advises those in the area to move indoors immediately and to not drive vehicles through flooded roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm has been issued for NE Kerr County and NW Edwards County until 4:15 a.m, KSAT 12 meteorologist Justin Horne said. That storm was 20 miles NE of Rocksprings and moving NE at 25 mph. Winds up to 60 mph and nickel size hail are possible with the storm.
