Bexar County officials provide update on roads, shelter, medical oxygen
SAN ANTONIO โ Bexar County officials have provided the following updates related to roads, power, shelter and closures in the area. Shelter:AdIn Bexar County a variety of emergency shelters were made available:- The Bexar County Office of Emergency Management continues to support the City of San Antonioโs warming center at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center with personal protective equipment and volunteers. - The Bexar County Fire Marshalโs Office has made available an emergency shelter option at their office. - The City of Converse emergency shelter for the Converse/Judson communities will continue to operate at the Judson High School Gymnasium, 9142 FM 78, Converse, TX 78109. 2 in conjunction with District 7 Fire Rescue have been working with the Bexar County Office of Emergency Management and the Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council on Trauma (STRAC), to source medical oxygen.

Cargo delivery plane crashes in Victoria
VICTORIA, Texas โ The Victoria County Sheriffโs Office, the Victoria Office of Emergency Management and other first responders responded to the scene of a cargo aircraft that crashed, KSAT 12โฒs sister station, KPRC, reports. Air traffic controllers lost radar and radio contact with a single-engine Cessna 208 in the vicinity of Victoria around 8:16 p.m. Monday. The FAA says the plane was traveling from Victoria to Houstonโs Bush International Airport. FAA investigators are on their way to the accident site and the National Transportation Safety Board has been notified. The Texas Department of Public Safety and the National Transportation Safety Board have been summoned to investigate the crash.
