Groundbreaking for new West Side mixed-used development held Thursday
SAN ANTONIO – A groundbreaking was held Thursday for a new West Side development called Vicinia, which will be located at Potranco Road and West Military Drive. The property will be the first-of-its-kind on the West Side, offering people a space to live, work and play in one general area, similar to downtown living.
