It was a falcon 9 starlink mission, this is the 2nd stage deorbit burn after it had done a full loop of earth and had released the SATs

It wasn't a meteor because it kept going on the same trajectory after that flare. I watched it until it went beyond the horizon. Maybe a satellite?
