The San Antonio Filipino American Chamber of Commerce (SAFACC), in Cooperation with Karilagan Philippine Cultural Group is hosting a delegation of 50 government officials from the Philippines, comprising 22 Mayors from the League of Municipal Mayors of the Philippines, Bukidnon's Provincial Governor, Congressman, and Tourism officers. They are key figures in economic development and Tourism of the Bukidnon Province. SAFACC has been actively promoting bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and tourism, between Texas and the Philippines. Their visit to the State of Texas represents a significant opportunity to further strengthen our relationship with the Philippines and explore new avenues for collaboration across various sectors. I hope you can help us put the word out, to encourage businesses, organizations, and community leaders to come meet and have a dialogue with them to identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities. We are holding a welcome gala dinner for them at the San Antonio Marriott NW on Sept. 21st (flyer is attached for more info), in which, we are inviting everyone to attend. We are also holding a bilateral discussion, where the delegation and local participating organizations and businesses are given the chance to present what they do, what they do on Sept. 22. Your involvement in this purposeful visit would be invaluable in ensuring a successful and productive visit.
