My neighbor’s tank that is usually only 2 feet deep is now overflowing. You can’t even see the dock.
This is the Mill Creek bridge on the Old Seguin Luling Road about 7 miles east of Seguin. This bridge was rebuilt after the 1998 flood and it now no longer floods over the bridge. While I filmed this, a small armadillo was trying to cross the bridge.
