The Feb. 1st 'Snow Moon' taken using a Dwarf 3 smart scope around northwest San Antonio. Tech specs: 20 frames stacked using the VIS filter at a shutter speed of 1/400-s and a gain of 20 in AZ-ALT mode.
1st Super-moon of 2026! Taken on the night of January 3, 2026 around NW San Antonio using a Dwarf 3 smart telescope. Technical settings: 20 frames stacked using the Dwarf 3's VIS filter at a shutter speed of 1/400 s and gain of 10.
A much longer stacked image of Comet C/2025 A2 Lemmon of 211 frames taken at 5 seconds and 50 gain, using a Dwarf 3 smart telescope. But this is an uncropped image taken directly from the scope, with some minor editing.
I finally 'caught' Comet C/2025 A6 Lemmon! I'm quite pleased with how this came out. This is a stacked image of 101 frames taken at 5 seconds apart at a gain of about 80 on my Dwarf 3 smart telescope.
